Spraypaint
On november 23, 1927 a Norwegian engineer by the name of Erik Rotheim patented the first aerosol can and valve that could hold and dispense products using a gas propellant system.
In 1949 Bonnie Seymour suggested to her husband that these aerosol cans could be filled with paint. Edward agreed and promptly invented the first canned spray paint. The first paint colour was ‘aluminium’ and was manufactured in Chicago, USA. ................................... Well done team!
